By the why. Why in the hell was this guy even allowed or able to contact me? After I cancel the ride shouldn't the contact be cut off? I even went offline for a few minutes and the guy was still texting me. I was really annoyed.

I even got him to tell me where he was going because generally I give tone to people going to the airport.. I get it, getting last minute things. But for 1 mile away.. I'm counting down the seconds..

This happened to me, seems until u accept another ride the contact function is still in place even if u cancel the ride.

So far I've been giving a text at 3 a call at 5, if they're not ready immediately following that. Rides cancelled and I move on, so far I haven't gotten any lip about it yet. They were warned and don't have a leg to stand after that, as far as I'm concerned.

I do a text at 3 min. I don't bother calling at 5, I just cancel and move on. Unless it's a surge, then I might call.
