Unless it's a long trip, my waiting time is 1:55. I lock the door and put in to D and drive away as I cancel. I saw few pax walking towards my car but I can care less. I had one chased me to the stop sign from his apartment complex but I got away when he was less than a foot from my car. He got nice smile, friendly wave and $5 fee from Lyft.

I just hate waiting most of the time there is reasons pax are not at their pickup location. When I have DF on, I have no time for that waiting crap and most of times I get a bad vibes when waiting. Certain places and long trip indicator changes things but most of the time my doors locked, in D, about 5 seconds to cancel.
