When do you guys start your trip?
* immediatly after you arrive to rider's location or when rider enter your car?

This is not a problem to me but lately I had some pings from riders who are inside restaurants and they take all the time of the world to come out and I have to call them.
So I should wait 5 min and CANCEL or wait 5 min and START RIDE and keep waiting? just to be clear!
