On a slightly related note, I managed to get a refund from Linkt!

My written off car still had its etag when it was towed to Pickles, so I was charged $2.52. (I went and retrieved my etag later).

I contacted Linkt and complained, and they refunded my $2.52.

So the car was on a tow truck that took a toll road , and you were charged the toll
Talk about "insult to injury " but I can see some humour in it , they could have at least let you sit in the drivers seat
