Just got this premier and Lux black trip almost exact same time to Miami airport. Premier use to pay 1.60 a mile and black 1.82 and Lux black paid for for time. These two trips were almost exact same distance. The black trio use to pay me 140 or so and premier about 130. Wasn’t doing either on Friday after eith traffic. Would be 5 hours round trip and got a private ride to Miami at 8 paying me 250 . Seems to even gotten worse over last few weeks

Blame Lyft and their race to the bottom, gain market share at all costs.

Both apps are basically just hookup apps now.

22 miles, 25-30 min to Hartsfield/ Jackson AP.
Lyft Lux used to pay $55-60.
Now, w uffleecing, payout is $32-37.
Took pax to AP last week.
Pax paid $116.
Payout $37.
Not a typo.
Much easier to network w riders now..

Be careful at the airport man.

Doing anything off app at the airport puts you at risk of operating a taxi without a license.

It's very much a place regulators try to hit people. And you arn't afoul of rideshare laws either, you're in violation of taxi laws which are the nasty ones.

Lyft has been under Paying Drivers for years. when I drove in Atlanta, they gave me $37 to drive from Avalon to Atlanta airport two hours and 30 minutes in traffic on a Friday no tip.

I like how intentionally they misrepresent the distance and time to pickups as well. Then Waze tells you a much different story… even as Lyft was once partnered with them.
