hi everyone...just picked up a customer at universal and if you don't have a pick up already in place (and their checking) they are not letting you go around in the pick up like we all use to until we get a ping.
Not sure if it's just that one security guard acting like it's his car lot or it's something that just went into effect. If that's the case we have no cue for pick up area in universal.

umm Bobby, have you ever noticed that with all the rocket scientist Uber drivers creeping the loop for a $3 ride the place becomes a cluster ? add in buses, and taxis that pay to be there and you have a super cluster, GTFO of there and if enough people want Ubers it will surge and you will actually make 10 cents a mile more than it cost you to do it, you new drivers should have stayed in school

Thanks for the reply. Not exactly a new guy...10 months in and many trips. Just following what I have seen everytime I pass universal. Definitely a clutter.

God knows what Diamond/Mears pay for the privilege to stage there, and of course they have to take the next customer in line even if they are just going to the Double Tree..

You are only an uber driver when you have an active waybill.
