It was working before the new version that was installed around the end of July.
I have a Samsung Galaxy S5.
I suspect that the Android version is faulty.
Anybody else have this problem?

I tried every fix from a Google search to no avail.
This phone is not usable. I am going to return it and get an iPhone!
