This is a first. Driving only two days a week I didn't figure I'd ever be in the realm of guaranteed earnings, because normally I am well above the minimums. But I guess the number of days you drive is irrelevant. It's number of hours.

So how should I interpret this? It's a failure on my part to not have earned well over the minimums, right?

Cause some don't have to drive full time.

I got a coupe of those, less than 5 a while ago, but not since EDD ended.

It's great they gave you a few bucks but .30 a mile?
The majority of the money I'm getting is from
moving and surges
Are you renting the car?

No, I drive an EV part time and use the income to pay for the car.

Funny you would catch that. The normal pay for time on Lyft is 63 cents/mile. Not sure how they came up with 30 cents.
