All of my documents were approved about a week ago. However, I have not been able to go online.
However, when I tap "Go" in the Uber Driver app, nothing happens. There are no error messages or prompts of any kind.
I am on the other hand, able to go online in my Lyft account.
I am using an Android phone (LG)
Please advise.
- I deleted and re-installed the Uber Driver app
- I have gone through all the troubleshooting tips that are provided through the Uber site
