I had several last night. A $6 offer for a 14-mile p/u to go 5 miles. I knew if they were sending it to me, they didn't have any drivers. I declined twice, and the third ping was $13.
If I hang out at the beach bars, I can get 5 dollar rides to go 3 and 4 miles to the other bars; but that's damn near impossible to make any money without decent quests.
