I don't know if this alao happen to u guys as well but I had sent them millions of email either through directly from uber app or from my email, they just like not exist, no reply and just completely ignore. They can't expect us to drive all the way to Lidcombe ( are they still at lidcombe ot they f**king moved again??) Just to ask some question or adjust some missing payment right?? I just wonder if something serious happen and u need them to reply your inquiries straight away, well I guess we will b pretty much screwed!

You're probably sending your emails to a wrong address or they aren't being delivered for some reason.

They replied to every single email i have sent in a matter of hours or sometimes days.

It can't be bcoz when u send them thru "need help" button on every trip, it gives u a confirmation message saying they had received n will get back to u as soon as. And for the email, those emails was sent directly to those who used to reply to me anyway. Anyway screw them.
