Even if the fares remained lower than cab service and yellows, that's fine, but make it where driver's don't feel like they're being raped with every ride they provide and letting driver's keep their dignity at the same time. And then.... Uber wants top quality service to be provided, while yellows do whatever the heck they want, up to, and including, not bathing.

Uber is on a self-destruction course. If they make some major changes to retain their drivers and customers, Uber won't last too much longer. There are simply way too many competition out there and they'll over take Uber in the coming years.
