Not sure if Uber even posts it on their site anymore, but ChiCabby1 posted the Pool rates when they first went into play.

UberX:
Base Rate $1.70
Distance $.90/mile
Time $.20.minute

Pool:
Base Rate $1.20
Distance $.95
Time $.12

SRF and other Chicago surcharges are the same regardless.

It's interesting because at first I saw the increase in mileage rate and though maybe that would offset the decrease in base and time rates. But it's not the case. In fact the only scenario I could come up with where a Pool ride pays the same or more than an X ride is if you drive something like 98 miles for a full hour on the clock.
