Portland authorities are amateurs. How you beat "Greyball" is by turning every rider into a potential compliance officer by offering cash rewards for dobbing in illegal operators, just like they did in Taiwan.

they make such vast & complex programming for their apps but when it comes to drivers requests or assistance ????? Nuthin, **** off - we'll roll it out over the next year or two....
They could make the app child seat friendly identifying cars that have them & passengers that need them --- nope just any car & let them fight over it, if the driver gets fined - we don't care, if a kid dies --- drivers fault...
Log the time online & tell the driver they should rest !!! nope, let them drive around endangering the community cause they've been at the wheel for 15 hours...
Destination filter ?? give some city drivers just 2 a day & the rest of the country gets no filters.....
& the list goes on

I'm sure their mindset is: "Give them no more than is necessary to do their core task, and try to replace them asap. Even if we have to steal technology to accomplish it!".
