I've had several trips now that are in 'processing' status for about 20 minutes and then never appear on the app. On calling support they eventually say they see the trip when I tell them the time and pickup restaurant, and then assure me I'll be paid. However I never have been. The only ones I catch are when they are over 15 minutes and I go back to hit 'help' to get waiting compensation. Then I can't access the trip anyway as it is 'processing' or has disappeared. I wonder how many trips I haven't gotten paid for that I haven't caught, I've yet to be paid for any I have. It's so painful calling support on old issues I eventually give up after a week or so.

Usually, if I have a look at earnings and just keep going back until I see the whole thing spelled out with the bit at the bottom that says this is how much Uber gets, then the rest of it will catch up and tell me how much I've got coming and the processing thing will go away on the home page. If it isn't there then you need to at least take a screenshot of where you went in case you have to argue about it later, but I rarely have to do that (and usually when I have to stop cause my phone is overheating or low battery.

This happened to me on many trips last week. I made screenshots just in case, but eventually all of the trips were processed. Took 12hrs on some of them and the online UberEats statement didn't match the in-phone app trip history, but the money was right.
