Can someone give suggestions where to be and what not? Which restaurants in my area should I be near?

Did Goober offer you the sign up link in an email? If they did and you've been approved to deliver, here's the coverage area.

I'm getting Eats pings everyday that I'm in that area.

From the map, it looks like UberEats has a western boundary of about 19th Ave. If you're west of there, you might want to consider DoorDash. They have a Glendale-Peoria delivery area. I'm in the SE valley outside UberEats area and I find DoorDash very lucrative.
