If I'm understanding this correctly...

Uber is asking you to provide proof that your legally allowed to work in Australia?

It sounds like Uber is Uber the mistaken belief you arnt an Aussie citizen

So if I were you I would take your proof of citizenship to the Uber office and they should be able to get it worked out.

The information I found says that the vevo check is only for those who can't proof Aussie citizenship.

According to this it says they will conduct the Vivo check only if you can't provide proof of citizenship.

So something is hinky on your signup process and the machine isn't going to get it working, it's going to take human intervention.

No way to delete it? I'm sure a hub can fix this

Google "uber greenlight hub." I see they have them in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane. Maybe more. I'm not sure what's closer to you.

Damn it, I hope the market doesn't get over-saturated with new drivers. I've been a diligent ubereats driver since 2018 but usually as a side job, for now it's all I got.
I just find it funny all these rideshare drivers who use to make fun of anyone who did eats, claiming only poor people with crappy cars do eats now they are begging to hop on board.
