As the title says. I was delivering an order when as soon is I got there, was notified i went to the wrong address which was the address on the app. I've had this happen before but generally, they were very close. This one was on the other side of the town. At this point, I asked her to change the address so I could deliver and she said it wasn't possible to do that. At this point, I just told her that was way too far. She just said ok and we hung up.
Now UberEats doesn't have an option for customer input wrong address...gee, I wonder why that could be. Anyhow, I just put in other and canceled. Called support but after 10 minutes of waiting, I just gave up on them...should I have just drove about 30 minutes out just to deliver or did I make the right move?
