I have been on there ass! I request uberxl rate as stated by UBER when I have more than 4 pax, and half the time I get credit and the other half the time I get a CSR telling me that we do not have XL in Connecticut. I inform them of the UBER emails authorizing pickups and they are to credit my account. If they continue to give me a hard time I then tell them it is fine but I want there name to be attached to all riders I will refuse so I do not get dinged with bad reviews for not picking them up after being told to accept the rides by uber. I always get the credits but what a pain in the ass that none of them can be on the same page and no one want's to take the responsibility LOL... So I keep forwarding emails so they can make a decision sooner than later. Hey, someone has to be a ballbuster ROFL!

Let's keep up the pressure guys :)

Seastriper what do you think is to hard to achieve on the guarantee the 90% acceptance rate or the 1 trip per hour? On weekend nights I've found I'm definitely doing more than 1 trip per hour. Guess it depends on where you're located though...

It does depend where your located. I am eastern Connecticut and have to play it differently in order to profit from Uber. The Casinos here can have you travel 15 minutes in order to bring someone 1 mile down the road to a hotel and eat your profits fast so accepting 90% of your rides is like a crap shoot. The $20 will be a buffer but I also have to start later in order to get that 1 ride per hour. Play it right and it will be a good bonus, play it wrong and it's like a dog chasing his tail... IMO
