Just setting themselves up for another lawsuit. Employees can be subject to driving behavior clauses.No way they'd track our driving. They aren't a transportation company. Quite bi-polar of them.

I still don't understand how the employee classification lawsuit wasn't a slam dunk or how Uber gets away with we're not a transport company when they want to control every single aspect of the actual transport.Good point scamp. since we are independent contractors, can they track driving behavior without offering something in return? The latest download of the Uber partner app included the driver tracking.
