3 days ago I got an email from Uber saying a rider said that I asked them where they were going and my account was being suspended. I don't know what they are talking about, have no memory of this and they are not responding to my messages via support.
I also saw on this forum that there are plenty of glitches with the destination filter. Seems unfair that they would suspend me based on what a passenger said without turning to me first, not even semblance of due process. Understand not a court of law but one would thing that could see my driving record/rating and perhaps reach out and chat before suspending my account. Still waiting to get resolved thought I would post here for any suggestions.
