It is beyond strange and unbelievable that any TNC would even balk on the fingerprinting issue, much less make it a deal breaker or something to fight in court, especially given all the rape and crime accusations coming their way.
Why don't they just deduct the minimal charge from the driver sign up bonus, or just pay the thing? The "onerous for drivers" argument should be laughed out of court. Completely unfathomable.
It seems that they prefer the reputation of being law breakers rather than legit enterprises.
