Yes, NYC Suburbs includes Long Island

 

Hey , did anyone complaint to Uber regarding getting trips to NYC from Westchester, im no allowed to work in NYC and if i get trip there i have to get out to Westchester county line to do pick ups and this usually takes forever because of traffic so you end up loosing money on this kind of trips ,especially with todays gas prices.

 

Sorry to say your wasting your time to complain to UBER they don't care about the driver only the PAX. I drove in NY Suburbs for about a year and a half before I got tired of always having to navigate around PAX that wanted to goto the city. Then they did away with the 3 Destination limit I tried different methods of avoiding the city like I would start working up in Rockland County. After a few good local pickups you will get that one person who wants to goto Manhattan. Like others will say if you see a long distance ride pop up call the PAX and ask them where they are going if its the city ask them to cancel and say you got somewhere to be (like you gotta pick up your kids from a sitter).
