This has happened last two nights I drove. Long trips take me far from home, and I'm in process of working my way back. First destination filter is up for about an hour or two, I roughly get to my destination, the message says filter "timed out". When I go to set up another it says I have zero left.

Anyone else? Or is this two destination filters back to back?

I have been driving for 6 years, full time, with 30,000 rides. I have no idea what a destination filter is all about. Inlighten me!

I have the same problem. I am a diamond driver and get only one destination. Called Uber support they were not helpful planning to call again.

Supposedly you can do two rides on two filters. Personally I stopped driving when they updated the DF beginning of the month

I have noticed recently that after my one DF in the morning I am denied the second one in the way home in the evening. Doesn't happen every day, but 2 or 3 times a week.

What are your acceptance ratings? If you’re dropping below 85% you’ll lose 1 of your original 2. Or if you accidentally override one filter with another one, even before you get a ride, that could be using one up also.

I've had it happen where I set the destination filter, but don't end up using it, and then it is gone. Not every time though.

Happening for the last 8 months. Now we’re getting a goOnline message saying that DF are not available at the time. Chris with the Rideshare Guy just posted this issue on YouTube

Exact same thing that happened to you has happened to me about three times I was halfway between San Bernardino and LA and it timed out
