uber set home destination reminder not work

the reminder on uber to remind you to go home did not work for example when i was a few minutes from ym sons school it gave me a request to take someone to heathrow airport which was 35 miles away and this caused me to tell the passenger that i cant take them and they said they will complain about me.

its not fair that we do not know where the destination is to and the home reminder dont work at all and that we have to give cc charge aswell

Just send a message to Uber. Explain the destination didn’t work and customer said they will complain. You had to pick your children from school
