Don’t know why, but every four months Uber takes away all the paid promotions for two weeks. I’m not bragging, but I have a 4.99 customer rating been driving for six years and it’s ridiculously annoying to be treated like a moron by Uber. Strange business practices by UBER and I’m thinking of leaving. Thoughts?

Lyft is worse.

Maybe every four months Uber does a reevaluation?

Heck in our market we don't get diddly squat. No surges, no bonuses, no quests. Nada. I may get the Diamond bonus, but it would be the first in 5 years since the old surge multiplier, which I only got one once.
