I did not get one about U-Pool. I did get one about general stuff, but not specifically about U-Pool. It came to my UberX e-mail address.

I've gotten them after I interact with "Uber Support"

I think I got the surveys only after I escalated issues to a supervisor. Needless to say the feedback I left wasn't positive.

Every time I get a survey from them asking me if I would rate 1-10 on referring a driver I always reply 1 and I tell them why every time. Apparently my opinion is worthless.
