This is silly of Uber. Before they contacted me they reported a claim to insurance guys and for the past 2/3 days they were after me. I couldn't take the calls but insurance guys left voice messages about the claim they would like to discuss and process.

I have couple things needed to be fixed on my car, can I use this claim? Don't get me wrong, I did NOT hit any pedestrian, may be couple of curbs while making U-turns

Now you want to claim damages for an accident that you said never happened?

Wow body wait a minute in your previous post you said there was false report made on you and your account was on hold after you show the prove that you did not commit that hit and run and now your saying you have damages to claim that is shady

In my opinion don't mess with insurance they will fry your azz second if you did not do that hit n run just say no i didn't do it if there claim from other party or the police after just tell the rider made a false claim n the rider was intoxicated

I don't know who the rider was and can't tell if s/he was intoxicated. So, I can't even bluff on that.
