Given that uber has not defined what the number of stars means in the rating system for drivers or the criteria for a driver to receive specific star ratings from passengers, how can that "data" be statistically valid without a system? Seems like what they are doing is just comparing driver averages to one another in each market. Those comparisons are not statistically valid, as the ratings are not assigned equally based on a set of standards.

Would this be a basis for a nationwide driver lawsuit against uber?
