Got this in the mail south side.

How do you keep pushing for drivers when the market is smaller than other main cities and demand isnt that high.

Lets not forget the new lockout laws which will mean more drivers available per metre for the $6 fair to grab some ciggies. :(

The population isnt that big in Brisbane and surely most people have access to the internet to research Uber up here and the current state of real income.

rates are so low, demand is low to over saturation of drivers, so to earn a few extra $$$$ drivers fall for the referral sweetener...

& then new drivers find themselves in the same pickle & Uber only ever wins...

It is a great strategy
Once you have pissed off the entire population by getting them to drive and destroy their cars for 10 bucks an hour there will be no riders left as they were once drivers and would prefer not to support such an organisation
Self destruction I reckon

atm the majority of pax wouldn't do Uber as they don't have the need for extra $$$, especially with the crap rates etc --- the rest wouldn't qualify as drivers, they wouldn't pass the DA or their cars are not suitable..

Once the turnover of drivers starts to diminish Uber will rewrite the rules for admission, cars will be older, DA's not required etc -- they haven't followed the laws or rules previously so when they get desperate for more drivers they will just do whatever they feel is necessary to keep drivers on the road & the 25% flowing into their Netherlands bank accounts...

The number of partners is not infinite. Uber will run out of drivers one day it's only a question of when ? Meanwhile they are hoping like hell driverless cars are ready first !
