Yesterday I had a notice through the app that Uber wanted to know how happy I was with Pool. It listed items like pay, customer not knowing what it is etc. I always decline pool or express. I was wondering did anyone else get it?

I received a survey too and listed the things I hated about pool....NOT that Uber really cares what we think. We both wasted 5 minutes of our time. Lol.

No I did not get it but I have in the past before. I have accepted a pool Express just to try it out and hated it. It was a complete and total waste of time and disaster and on top of it you got paid less? I will not accept pool Express under any circumstances and the only time I will accept an Uber pool is if it is during a surge time with a minimum of $3 added to the ride. Or it's my last ride that I need to hit a promotion level. Other than that I reject all pool rides 95% of the time. Uber X is cheap enough as it is, I am not going to voluntarily work at a discount....because if anyone has a brain they should realize by now Uber pool cheats the driver because Uber is collecting on 2 fares and only paying us on one. You are working harder to get paid pretty much the same as if it was one ride. Screw that.
