Uber pool counts as 1 ride now! Also if your first passenger picked up. 4:57 and your next pool pick up is 5:05pm. It only reads the 4:57 pick up. You will not be credited guarantee hour for the next hour. I know the guarantee hours ends this week but sucks to pick up your next pax.

Check your trip history for pools. It doesn't show time of second trip. Only shows on waybill. They changed it. Used to show every pool ride and time.

There is an arrow on the pay statement page that drops down the match pool rides. On the app, I see them listed separate.

Holy .. I counted 24 total trips and Uber counts only 20... .. they may be counting pool as 1 ride now.. OMFG.

Anyone else confirm? Uber sinking to a new all time low with this BS. The extra trip count is the ONLY REASON to even consider taking Uber pool requests.. if those a**holes count it as 1 ride.. fk them.

Nevermind... Just realized when you click the Pool tab, it shows the breakdown of the Pool Ride.. dumbass me was counting the Pool tab as well.

Looks like Uber still counting trips separately on Uber Stool..

not really sure why they changed the format. My real concern is the the 2nd trip count for the next hour. It no longer shows you. I've driven pool trips in rush hour where the next hour seems not to be counted even though the 2nd pool trip was received on the second hour. You lost your guarantee hour for the next hour as the 2nd pool does not count.
