So I want to get rid of my Uber Phone Device ;we all agree that using your own devices is much cheaper and better but:
Is it not annoying to receive phone calls when you're using the app or you try to use your phone for something else and suddenly you have to take a job?
Can I have some feedback from colleagues that experienced the good and the bad ???
This will help me to get the right decision.

Many Thanks !

In my personal experience you are completely right it will be really annoying to use your personal phone. But I have 2 phones and I travel a lot to Europe so instead of paying UBER £20 each month I pay that to a phone network which gives me 4GB Internet more than enough for the month and 2000 mins and Texts and I can use that sim completely free anywhere in EU for Data, calls and texts! So if you have a spare phone at home that could be an option for you too! Or get a phone on £20 contract rather than paying UBER and you can do anything with that phone and have a plan on it which helps you personally too and the phone will be yours by the end of the day!

Thanks for your feedback.
I forgot to mention that using my phone will allow me to also navigate the UBER app on Waze and Google where this is a big plus- very good estimator in my experience. Uber Phone Device will not allow you to install anything on it.

Actually there is a way to delete all restrictions on the UBER phone if that is the only reason you want to get rid of it! :p
