Did anyone else get a payment for June 30 when the app was glitchy? Not a lot but it was a surprising gesture.

I wonder how they will play out the incentive levels for this week if you didn't reach your normal goal. No email but seems to be same status when I log on to app. I didn't do any rides this past week also and got compensation for outage plus it appears I'm still silver for today.

I would say around 275...and I didn't drive this past week. Just heard about the outage. So not sure how there doing the payout.

Yes one had to be online during outage to get compensated for app outage.

I was not online in fact I wasn't online all week No rides and still got 74.38 compensation for outage.

I was online and only got 21 dollars i even accepted a trip during it and it told me i had refused two trips
