No.
I couldn't part with the 25% and work for 1989/93 prices..
I couldn't work for a firm that doesn't value its staff/partners what ever you want to call yourselves.
I have Bangladeshi friends that own a ph firm and I can work for them anytime. (I sold mine 2013)
I'm sure you was paying your drivers back in 2013 £2/mile

I was paying £1:80 in 1989 😂😂😂
But the longer the job then the mileage rate dropped.
I'll let you into a little secret.
Business post used to pay me £4 a drop .
Some drivers were on £400 a day after my 15%
I ended up telling business post if they wanted them drivers they would have to pay them direct as I was sick of standing the credit.
Even though I was insured against bad debt.
