Uber &/or Lyft Owe You Big Time ... Time to Sue.
Uber stated it has CASH to survive CoronaVirus ... And since the day of realization, thousands of Drivers have been CRYINGfor help!
Uber as well as Lyft has been taking advantage (in all degrees) of its vital workhorse/drivers from the get go. Drivers are the MONEY MAKERS for Uber+Lyft. And yet, Drivers are still treated like ANTS. Yes! ANTS, meaning we are small, so small in terms of our contribution to the rideshare business as a whole, that UBER+LYFT don't really give a SH*T about its Drivers. UBER+LYFT ONLY PRETEND IT CARES BUT IN REALITY, I don't think so. So it's time to take serious action and SUE UBER+LYFT because THEY OWE YOU. Someone already has taken that step. See the link>

Now -- with this COVID-19 crisis, drivers won't get SH*T from U+L unless you are tested and/or quarantined. And if (knock on wood) you are COVID-19 victim, you can only receive up to 14 days worth of paid benefits as per Uber commitment.
Simply said, WE NEED NOT ALLOW UBER AND LYFT TO TREAT ITS ESSENTIAL WORKFORCE - ITS DRIVERS TO TREAT US LIKE ANTS COZ' WE DESERVE BETTER. Consider Suing. Uber and/or Lyft OWE YOU.
As for me, I'm seriously considering taking the necessary steps to prevent and stop Uber & Lyft from taking advantage of me as one of its Drivers and hope for the best ... And hope other Drivers will have the GUTS and knowledge to be treated fairly and receive the benefits Uber + Lyft Drivers truly deserve.
