I had both Lyft and Uber apps working at the same time. Lyft request comes through, pick-up pax (who actually has a car seat for her child) and she tells me she uses Uber almost exclusively but Uber said there were no drivers available in the area so she went with Lyft.

Second ride, Uber quotes pax 35 min pickup time so they go with Lyft... I’m there within 10 mins...

Is Uber having tech issues?? This is in a high traffic dts area...

Chances are the rider doesn't know to slide over to other cars on the rider app

I have done a bunch of xl rides with a single riders, some know some have no clue they ordered xl or that XL even exists.

It would be nice if they put all the cars available on one page

I know I haven't seen Uber information available on FareWell lately, and that's kind of the whole point of Farewell -- to compare Uber and Lyft prices.
Goober is back on FareWell, Sue. They just did an update in the iTunes store that specifically mentioned the return of Goober. Check the play store for an update.

I noticed the same on FareWell, stopped giving me Uber prices about a week ago. As I just logged on, a pop up said they have been acquired by Bellhop and to download that app. Checking it out now
