It quit during my trip and already had another ride on the route. I thought it was because I reported an underage rider as fraudulent.

The rider app has been buggy lately. I had a lady text me the app request didn't work when I arrived at her location, even though on my side everything looked normal. Had to cancel no show because she was already gone. At first I thought it was a fluke 'til I tried the rider app myself. Never got matched with a driver, repeated request attempts and the app would just sit and do nothing.
5 minutes later I get a notification that my driver has arrived, even though I'm not matched with anyone on the app (no driver description or license plate). Looks like half the engineering department may have resigned at headquarters..... one can hope anyway.

You need to check for updates at least twice a week. I use the Apple Store Updates.
