Actually, you DO tell us "who" (cannot see destinations and are forced to take pax anywhere they want), "what" (forcing pool and manipulating the Pool/X/ XL/Lux/select/SUV queues), "where" (you recently started removing the airport queue for certain drivers cherry picking, trick drivers with fake surges), "how" (you have a rating system that pretty much bends any driver to the pax's whim or face deactivation by lowering it) and well.. that leaves "where...", You got one, kudos because I can go offline and online at will.
