Uber LAX operations department head, I challenge you to ride along with me this Sunday night at lax. This way, you can see first hand what the drivers have to deal with. You people are making decisions at lax with absolutely no understand of what it is like at lax, especially lax between 8-11pm on a Sunday night.

This is your opportunity to see.

I no longer work these hours at lax, because its pure hell, but if you agree to ride along with me, I will take one for the team to show you whats its like.

Yep, that's the whole problem, peeps running the show have NO REAL WORLD EXPERIENCE.

Just look at Dara, giddy as a school girl playing with the new app.

They can see what happens when you are half way over to the pax about to make the right hand turn to the terminal, 10 minutes in to the pickup, and the pax cancels the ride, or isn't where they are suppose to be.

Or you swim though terminal traffic hell only to be going to the Hilton on Century for $10... when the lazy ass pax didn't want to take the FREE shuttle because they would have had to wait longer. This has happen to me.

Don't get your hopes up.
If someone at LAX took you up on your offer everything would go smoothly.
The traffic would be lighter than normal.
The pax would be at the ride share sign ready for their 60+ trip to woodland hills.

Uber has no real life experience in the transportation industry, they have always just made it up as they go and with high turnover rate ( uber employees ) it will never get fixed.

Ya the simple solution would be for them to hire veteran drivers as consultants but they think they know more because of a Harvard deploma hanging in the cubical.

The answer is simple but the problem is complicated, everyone is swinging for the fence at LAX but most strike out trying for that big ride

The more uber tries to screw drivers the more they just screw themselves , hopefully it just gets that much more unreliable at LAX pax

I swing for the fences every ride. LAX taking away the LT Notification is like putting a blindfold on Drivers trying to hit a Kershaw curveball

Uber doesn't care enough to read this forum either.
I am sure they have people looking at it. Originally to deactivate drivers giving them bad PR, but nowadays I think they just use it to monitor PR about them. They don't really care what we drivers say. They just want to keep eyes on everything so they can contain bad PR when something explodes.
