A friend told me something from yesterday, he was taking a passenger from SFO to Palo Alto, the passenger said that he wanted to be dropped off at a different location, and the difference between the two locations was less than a mile, so obviously the proper way to do it is to ask the passenger to update the address, but when the passenger tried to change the address, Lyfy gave him a price of $20 extra, in other words Lyft was trying to charge him $20 for the convenience of changing the address. My friend says that he was very pissed off, so he told the passenger that he was going to do it for him for free. And that helped, after the trip he received a tip of$10.
Cannot believe the kind of gimmicks these companies are coming up with to make some extra money. What will be next, UberVeteran in which an ant with 20k trips and a 4.95 rating will show up to pick you up, and you will pay a higher price for that!!!

Does that exist? I've played around with the rating system. & what u have to be like to make it go up is unsustainable. Just knowing that, when I act a certain way for a period of time to make it go up, then stop doing that to watch it go back down. I can say with confidence I know what makes the difference. & it's some shallow petty shit these riders are down rating for.

U don't say "hi, how u doing": down rated more often. Cuz that's the difference. I do a friendly swell guy character for a month, & suddenly my rating starts climbing. My actual job doing stays the same. I just act fake (not saying all u friendly swell guys are fake, it's just fake if I do it). That offends me. Like @@@@ u people & the little Becky inside yr hearts who think someone should be fired if they aren't friendly swell guy.

A rating of 4.95 and 20k trips is not a big deal in the Bay area. There are plenty of drivers out there with those numbers. So Uber may think, well these guys are good with navigation and they have experience in dealing with passengers, so let's sell this to customers and make extra money. You never know!!! UberExpert or UberVeteran lol.

There is this one dude who is a perfect 5.0 on both ? But not many trips, obviously you can't do 20k trips on Black lol.
