Do you have it now, too? Customer app is not working as well. Uber is down.
Yeap, both down again. With all the harassing messages they always send you'd think they would be able to send one usefu one like - hey, sorry, Uber is down right now we are hard at work fixing the issue. But no, crickets from Uber.

Had the same, emailed uber immediately and got a copy paste reply, that they are trying hard to sort out my log in issues, however not a word that it was an issue effecting many!! It made me presume it was just me.

However on the upside, managed to log in after about trying for an hour, and received a ping for a pool job and once started the trip the pax told me that the destination address he put was a wrong one by mistake and wanted to change. However the app will not let me or pax change the address and after about trying a few mins I told the pax to cancel the job and request a new one but this time with uberX not pool. He did that while sitting in my car however I did not get the job, so that pax had to get out of my car and wait for the other uber car.

Later I realised I was paid in full (uber com 10% for unmatched trip deducted) for this cancelled trip!!? no idea how.......

Pool you can't change destination, even if they jump out before end of trip, you get paid the full pool for the entered destination. If they have more than one stop or go further, the fare reverts to X, if not, you got to email for an adjustment.

Booking while they are in the car - be careful, that is ilegal, it might be a tfl sting. I think that is the reason why it's almost impossible for pax to ping us from inside.
