Uber is at the denial of no show fees again...

Cancelled a no show after driving 15 minutes, and waiting for the system to prompt that it was ok to cancel. Uber is claiming i am ineligible. They are lower than whale crap.

Call Rohit...ask him how long a driver must wait for a cx fee....then ask for the arrival time, the cancel time...dont tell him what you are up to. After he gives you the times, have him calculate them...3:38pm - 3:33pm = 5 minutes. Then ask him for the fee. DO NOT HANGUP WITHOUT THAT FEE!!

I always screenshot now. They didn't give me a cancel fee after the 5 minute timer was up. I even used the tool that automatically pops up after the timer expires. They claimed i didn't wait a full 5 mins. Told them that's impossible, as I used the option that automatically comes up. They still wouldnt give it to me, and i just gave up
I think I see the problem...when you cancelled, you were 1 minute away from the rider...next time, drive your car up the person's lawn and into the house until you are parked on top of the green dot!
