Promises of free ice cream delivered by Uber which is total B.S. Logon to the App for Wilmington DE and it says it will deliver for $5. But no ice cream trucks available. I found a truck in Trenton. Newspaper said the ice cream would be state wide and free. Again the Uber promo department blows chunks.

I got a similar ad as well. Don't know what it's all about, seems kind of silly if you have to pay for it.
