Uber ice cream day

I heard last year many people got bad ratings due to long delivery times and melted ice creams.

Plus it's the middle of winter!

Part of their perennial charm offensive...they get the kudos...we get the rap...

Middle of winter means less chance of melted ice cream
I'd like to know how drivers were selected for this, and if any equipment was supplied/etc...

Don't forget there is condition.. Delivered within 10min?? Lol I wonder how will that work? Usually companies who deliver frozen/chill items have special fridge storage truck/van. unless if the costumer accepts the condition that hopefully wont melt in the car or having full blast a/c in the car.

I managed to order an Uber Icecream to my work office.

The driver had another a friend handing out the icecream from a cooler bag. The bag did a great job at keeping it cold, the icecream was damn near frozen.
