I had 2 high school girls use the 2 free ride promo for this launch. Got a ride 3 blocks to one house, then a half hour later, another ride 3 blocks back. It looks like there are slightly different minimum fares & booking fees outside of Pittsburgh now.

Has anyone been able to use this in the expanded area? I'm in Johnstown, previously would drive in Pittsburgh, but since Thursday, all I keep getting is "Your vehicle is not allowed to operate in undefined" whenever I try to go online. I even drove into Ligonier to see if Westmoreland County would work, but nothing there, and all I keep getting from Support is "We have reviewed your account and everything seems to be in order." and directives to keep rebooting my phone and mucking with the network settings (not like English is the *$%@ official language of India or anything).

I'm starting to wonder if I got shadowbanned and the company just doesn't want to tell me.

As a developer, this phrase("Your vehicle is not allowed to operate in undefined") tells me its a software problem. The location variable is not getting passed to the app. How old is your hardware? It could be your operating system has a bug with your hardware. Get a newer phone. If it's a newish phone, the operating system might have glitched out. When's the last time you updated your phone's operating system? I'd do a hard reset & reinstall the operating system. You can always install the driver app on someone else's phone & log in to confirm that its a hardware/operating system problem. If it works on their phone, then it's your hardware or o/s, not your Uber account.

I bought this G4 6 months ago and everything on it is completely up-to-date, I'm not buying a new phone just to see if that clears up a glitch. Especially when it worked just fine prior to the statewide expansion.

Do you have any idea what keywords will get that done? I just keep getting "sorry for the inconvenience, please be patient."

I've actually seen someone locally through the rider app on and off the last few days, so they've apparently fixed it for someone. It's just undefined for me. I'm really starting to think this is how they deactivate accounts without telling people.

I've actually managed to get online after about a week of banging my head against the wall that I was talking to when I submitted a ticket.

Come to think of it (and I'm probably reading too much into things), between the last time I drove and when the issue started, I did take a few rides in LA. Did you by any chance do any riding while you were out of state? (It's a long shot, but I'm wondering now if there's something hidden in the system linking driver and rider accounts that might have been affecting things.)
