The cancellation fee is still there people keep saying it's gone not sure why. Also get ready to be mad they raised the rates to 15/min and 90/km in Hamilton so we make 3 less a min but 10 more a km

There's a difference between Cancel fee and No show fee. Do you understand the difference?

Anybody notice how uber is pushing uber pool. The 30% fee uber charges are maybe a little bit too high. Maybe they should reduce it to 25%, Any ideas or comments.

I think the reason for pushing pool is that soon Lyft will come to town and I heard they r huge on pool thing. Uber is getting ready for competition.

Uber tried to block Lyft competition by restricting drivers to drive for only one platform at a time. That's how they treat their 'independent contractors'. Luckily Toronto City Council voted a tie and didn't pass. Check to see if your councillor voted for the 'rich' or against the driver.
