Just got mine today for the first time... On the app it beckoned a 15 cent off per gallon card and I made it in my first month and when I get the frackin card it is only for 10 cents off a gallon... HOW LAME... I know its only 5 cents but it WAS only 15 cents before... WTFrack UBER????

You will never see anything close to $.10 a gallon discount. Best reports are $.025-.03 on occasion. It's kind of hard to even calculate because uber isn't consistent on the timing when they deduct the transaction out of your pay. You have to do some work to even try and figure out what the discount is.

Seriously though.... How can they advertise a 15 cent deal ... ask you to go for it and show your progress and then send you something totally different? It causes me slight concern.

All the stuff I have ever seen about it has said 'up to'

That's the key phrase "up to" with that being stated they can give you any discount and say well it says up to not that 15 cents is the definite number .

The few cents you MAY save by using the card isn't worth the hassle. I stopped using it immediately after last week. Here's why.

Last week, Monday morning I log on to find I'm $-62.00 and change in the hole. I'm like WTF?? Of coarse there's no explanation from Goober. I work furiously Monday trying to get out of the hole because rent's coming at the first of the month.

Tuesday rolls around and I log on and another gas charge was taken out. At this point my head is about to explode. More money was taken out of what I busted my azz to make on Monday.

Wednesday rolls around and... you guessed it, more money was taken out from what I made on Tuesday.

An email was finally sent out stating there were some billing problems and that everything had been resolved. Great

I'm not denying I owed for the gas but to put me in the hole like that, sucked.

Problem is, they aren't consistent when they take the money out. Could be the next day or three days from today. Make sure you keep ALL of your receipts and check them against what Goober takes out. It's just not worth all the hassle for me. I stopped using it completely unless an emergency arises.
