Last week I asked Uber why there is no way to contact Uber by phone. This week I received an answer.
"We are sorry for the delayed response. Unfortunately we don't currently provide phone support for these issues right now. This ensures quality and resolution having your concerns recorded in writing. Can you please let me know how I can help?"
So there you have it people. Uber has no phone number because it "ensures quality and resolution". That makes it worth waiting 25 hours for a pre-written email response. Next time I need an urgent response I'll feel much better.
