There is a lot of "wrong thinking" by Uber drivers, they really think if they keep cancelling jobs they don't want to do Uber will instead give them jobs they want or do away completely with a service ( IE Pool) whereas in reality Uber are a faceless corporation that will just use a sledgehammer to crack a nut, x drivers don't want to do jobs, fine, get exec drivers to do them instead.

This probably explains the reason why Uber are keen for existing top X drivers to upgrade their vehicles to Exec ones, and continue to accept X work in them.
If they implement this in the New Year, the older Exec only drivers will probably leave (including me), and there'll be enough new X/Exec drivers to take over.

Known this for a long time.
As I've previously stated.
The thing is for all the crap I hear about local offices v Uber. At least the fat controllers try to spread the work around. (Ok you get the odd one that has a "God complex") as Hog mentioned. But to Uber you're not even a name to a face etc. So in effect you get treated worse than a donkey.
